Canvas pages
Split one project into multiple pages — like pages in a design file — and publish a single page when sharing.
Canvas pages let one project hold several boards, the way a design file holds pages. Each page has its own canvas; they all share the project's uploads, knowledge, todos, and tag library.
Managing pages
Open the Pages panel from the sidebar rail to:
- Add a page and name it.
- Rename or reorder pages.
- Switch between pages — the canvas swaps instantly.
Common patterns
- Phases — Discovery, Synthesis, Strategy, Delivery.
- Streams — one page per study, market, or data source.
- Working vs presentation — keep exploration messy on one page and maintain a clean page for stakeholders.
Pages and sharing
When you share a project via a public link, you can scope the link to one page. Viewers see only that page — your working pages stay private. See Sharing projects.
Pages and AI context
Skills gather context from the nodes connected to where you run them. Keeping related work on the same page (and connected) helps skills find the right evidence.
