Managing seats
Seat allowances per team plan, inviting members, and what happens at the seat cap.
Organisation plans include a seat allowance — the number of members your organisation can have.

Inviting members
Invite teammates by email from your organisation's management screen (reachable from the workspace switcher in Settings → Billing). Invitees join the org after accepting and signing in.
At the cap
Invitations beyond your plan's seat allowance are enforced automatically — to add another member, either free a seat by removing one or upgrade to a larger plan on the plans page.
Members and access
A seat gives workspace access; project permissions follow the sharing model (see Sharing projects). Removing a member removes their workspace access; projects they owned in the org remain in the org.
