Filtering, sorting, and favourites

The Research and Experience lists are the two views you spend most of your time in, so both carry the same toolbar: filters, a sort, and a text query. What you set is remembered, per list and per project.

Filters

Filter chips sit above the list. Every one of them is multi-select, and they combine — pick two activities and three labels and the list narrows to items matching all of it.

Experience adds a build status filter for synced, stale, and untracked entities — see Experience scan & code sync.

Status, priority, and dates are the same fields the plan uses, so "everything Urgent and still In Progress" is one question whether you ask it of the plan or of the evidence.

Your filters are remembered

Filter choices are saved against your account for that project and that list, and restored when you come back — including after a sign-out, because they are stored on the server rather than in the browser. Research and Experience keep separate sets, so narrowing one never quietly narrows the other.

Clear a chip to widen the list again; clearing them all returns to the full list.

Sorting

The sort control sets the order of whatever the filters left:

• Date created · newest or oldest
• Date updated · newest
• Name · A–Z or Z–A
• Type
• Status
• Priority
• Maturity (Experience only)

Favourites

Favourite an item — from the star in the detail overflow menu, or from a list row's menu — and it floats to the top of the default ordering, so the handful of items you keep returning to are always the first thing on screen. Choosing an explicit sort takes over completely, so favourites never fight an order you asked for.

Select several rows first and the menu action applies to all of them, always in the same direction: Favourite adds, Remove favourite clears, rather than flipping each row independently.
