Private by default — share a project with your organisation, with owner-controlled editing and deletion.

Every project starts private: only the owner can open it. Sharing widens access when you're ready — always explicitly, and always within your organisation.
Share with your organisation
Set the share audience to Organisation and members of your organisation can open the project — its research graph, experience graph, and Ask history included. You control whether org members can edit or only view.
On paid organisation plans, projects created in the org workspace are part of the shared pool — teammates can open them without per-project sharing.
