Templates & community
Save canvases as reusable templates for your team, or publish them to the community gallery.
Good structure is reusable. Crux lets you capture it two ways.
Templates
Save any canvas as a template from the Crux menu. Templates capture the board's structure — node layout, connections, headings — ready to instantiate as a fresh project. Use them for:
- Repeatable studies — your interview synthesis setup, ready per round.
- Team standards — the strategy review board everyone starts from.
- Client work — the same methodology per engagement, minus the setup time.
Templates appear on your Home screen when creating a new project.
Community gallery
Publish a canvas as a community listing to share your structure beyond your org. Community canvases appear in the gallery on Home, where others can preview them and start their own project from your layout.
Publishing shares the board's structure and content as listed — review what's on the canvas before publishing, and prefer publishing a cleaned presentation page.
